Markdown files (called SKILL.md) that teach AI agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex — how to do something well. They auto-fire based on description matching; no slash commands needed. A skill might say 'before any code change, write a failing test first' or 'interrogate the plan before building anything.' Drop a skill into your agent's skills/ folder and the behaviour turns on. Think of them as agent muscle memory.
Skills are digital downloads — once you've got the file, you've got it. So by default, sales are final.
That said: if something's genuinely broken, the wrong file, or you bought the same skill twice, email hello@skillkeep.io within 14 days and we'll sort it. "Changed my mind" doesn't qualify, but "this doesn't do what the page said it would" absolutely does.
At checkout you'll tick a box confirming you want the file right away and waive your EU 14-day cooling-off right (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive — the carve-out exists exactly because you can't un-download a markdown file). The download is a folder per skill, each with a single SKILL.md. Drop the folder into your agent's skills/ directory (or the equivalent for your tool — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.). It's a markdown file; no install script, no dependencies.
Anywhere that reads the Agent Skills spec (markdown SKILL.md files with frontmatter). Claude Code reads them. Cursor reads them. Codex reads them. Anywhere the upstream skills worked, ours do.
We update them when Claude (or another platform) changes the rules of skill-firing or behaviour. Customers who bought get the updated version free for the version they bought. We don't promise a lifetime subscription; we promise the version you bought stays useful.
Bundles are the role-based loop someone actually runs. Buying the whole catalog is buying a bigger junk drawer. If we add a fifth bundle later, we'll tell you.
