SkillKeep sells agent skills as instant digital downloads. Once a file is delivered, it can't meaningfully be returned — so the default is: all sales final.

When we'll refund anyway Within 14 days of purchase, email hello@skillkeep.io and we'll refund in full if:

• the file is corrupted, missing, or won't download
• you received the wrong skill
• you accidentally bought the same skill twice
• the skill clearly doesn't do what the product page said it would

When we won't "Changed my mind," "found a free version," "didn't end up using it," or "my agent setup doesn't run skills" aren't refundable — that's the trade-off for instant delivery at this price point.

How to ask One email to hello@skillkeep.io with your order number. We reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
